Swordmaster Fey is well reknowned for his superlative skills on his home plane of Azuria. Having recently discovered the joys of inter-planer travel he is now establishing a premises here in Sword Street to promote his talents to it's exalted denizens. For this Master Fey professes extreme gratitude to the citizens of Rivendell and their Burghers.

Master Fey's greatest work is in the
realm of soulforging, whereby the actual
life essence of the spirit is linked
with that of the sword. Needless to say
this has resulted in some difficulties
with those individuals and groups sworn
